How do you handle consent and opt-outs?
Consent comes first. We help you collect clear opt-in, display the required disclosures (message frequency, message and data rates, STOP and HELP instructions), and honor opt-outs promptly. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Do you guarantee deliverability or approval?
No. Carrier and platform decisions are outside our control. We help you follow responsible, compliance-friendly practices, but we do not guarantee message deliverability or third-party approvals.
